As the principal contractor, we were responsible for overseeing the entire project, which involved daily site monitoring to ensure that all elements of the fit-out— such as sprinkler system installation, office construction, and racking setup— progressed as planned and on schedule.
Our role required close coordination and attention to detail to maintain quality and efficiency across the different stages of the fit-out process.
